ABOUT US
We are a group of second and third-year students at the University of South Carolina School of Law studying the intersection between law and technology. Specifically, we focus on constructing a concrete, actionable framework for evaluating and implementing a successful dockless-mobility transportation program at the municipal and state levels. In our study of dockless mobility, we specifically target the E-scooter.
Amidst the numerous positive impacts E-scooters have on urban mobility, it is not without a number of bumps in the road that have greatly hindered their adoption as a preferred means of transportation.
Whether you are confronting these challenges as a user, municipality, state, or vendor, this site has been constructed to provide you with the knowledge and resources necessary for solving problems related to the implementation of E-scooters.
